If you could take the "victimized" "resentful" racist white streak out of the Republican party (Nixon's "Southern Strategy"), there wouldn't be much left. Simmering, brooding racist white men are McCain's base and Obama is their nightmare. "Community organizers" is code for "liberal nigger lovers." Hell, "liberal" is, too. John McCain is a proud descendent of Mississippi slave owners. You might not have known that...but everyone in the south does.

This t-shirt could also just as easily have the title "Evangelical Christians for McCain" and use the same picture.

Although not male or old, Sarah Palin is the spiritual embodiment of what the Republican party has become: nasty pieces of work who'll lie to your face, threaten you while smiling and do whatever they have to to win and maintain power. Hell, they'll start and continue unnecessary wars, mock a war hero and his wounds (like the 2004 Republican Convention delegate pictured above), pretend to promote women and women's issues, belittle community organizers, and claim to be "compassionate conservatives" or "maverick reformers"--whatever combination of lies and nastiness they need to gain and keep power.

[My older sister is going to yell at me for the "bitches" part of this, but I can't resist.]
